Welcome to Demonoid (“we”, “us”, “our”), an online store selling vintage and retro football jerseys. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate account, shipping, and payment information.

• Product descriptions, images, sizes, and stock levels are shown in good faith. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, erroneous, or out of stock.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and/or payment is successfully captured.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay or other payment partners. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• If payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as high-risk, we may cancel the order and will not be obliged to ship.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier partners. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery (or attempted delivery) to the address you provide. For more detail, see our Shipping Policy.

Order cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds are governed by our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy. Customised products (player name/number printing, etc.) may be non-returnable as described there.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Website content, branding, logos, product photography, and copy are owned by Demonoid or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party club or brand marks appearing on jerseys belong to their respective owners; we sell merchandise as an independent retailer and are not affiliated with any club or league unless stated.

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break security, or abuse APIs.
• Do not use the site for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Do not post abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content in reviews or messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demonoid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
